Furthermore, we who currently reside within and beyond Earth's energy field are now in the process of contacting all Earth ground-crew operatives in order to further assist in humanity’s dimensional ascent and implement a global protection and connection program. This program will dissolve much of the ‘shadow force’ infiltration signals, while heightening the awareness of humanity exponentially. As most of you are already aware, the time acceleration on your planet is currently escalating toward a no-time zone; in which the planet will be fully immersed in what is known as the Photon Belt of super-luminal light. This acceleration of your planetary time-belts and energy fields affects everything and everyone on the planet to such an extent that many individuals currently living on Earth are in a perpetual state of mental, physical and emotional conflict; which is an unfortunate side effect of the planet’s dimensional ascent. This temporary side-effect can and does create extremely stressful circumstances within the human body, especially if the individual does not attempt to rectify the imbalances on a daily basis. Therefore, it is important for each individual to consider implementing new daily programs which will bring new clarity to their mind and focus their energy so they can prepare themselves accordingly to make a quantum leap in consciousness within a very short period of time. Truly, this would be just the miracle that many individuals need in order to align themselves with their spiritual assignment on Earth. So, it is with great reverence that we offer you a few recommendations which will help in your quest for planetary peace and personal transmutation. Currently, the state of affairs on Earth is a relatively common one, which most polarity-based planets experience when entering/ascending into the higher dimensional fields. To clarify, all climactic weather changes, cosmic discoveries/UFO activity, political and various planetary dramas are part of a larger process, which are geared toward a global mass awakening and full planetary karmic clearing. Although many of these situations may seem terrifying and disconcerting to many, in actuality it is a positive, progressive process which will implement a new interplanetary justice system and completely dissolve your world’s negative polarity. In order to see the truth of what is occurring, one must be clear, focused and centered with their higher ‘Solar Christ’ self as much as possible in the coming days and years. In relation to this, we give the recommendation that each individual, from this day forward, seek to simplify their life and re-prioritize their daily and weekly agendas, so that the mental and emotional chaos will subside and give one the higher perspectives and options needed to understand and be a conscious part of the shift in reality that is taking place here. We would now like to discuss with you a concept called the 3-Day Rule. This type of directive is a most necessary component for receiving clear direction and implementing personal peace of mind and sovereignty at this time. Very simply, the 3-Day Rule option keeps an individual’s energy on cue, allowing them accelerated movement forward each day while inhibiting various consciousness infiltration signals during the course of the day. Before we proceed with the details of this rule, it is important to say that each individual's primary residence and surrounding location is the place where their higher ‘Solar Christ’ self and spiritual guides anchor the energy and download most of the assistance and directives needed everyday. This allows for consistency and clarity of information, as well as enabling the individual to remain grounded and focused on their assignment. The point being that individuals who spend most of their time close to their primary contact/downloading location are more likely to implement and complete their assignments. Subsequently, those who are constantly straying/traveling from the primary contact point will miss valuable directives and be somewhat fragmented in the understanding and application of their personal mission. In addition, these individuals are less likely to receive the proper updates and carryout their assignment within a continuous accelerated format. To explain further, the recommendation is that each individual try to make a point of only leaving their primary contact point for a 3-day period of time, not more than once or twice a month. This will ensure that the daily communications are received in the proper order and that the individual’s energy field and DNA is re-configuring correctly. Also, when one begins to implement this and other ‘Christ’ self recommendations, daily life and global situations will become much clearer and understandable. And for those who are constantly traveling away from their primary contact point, whether for business or pleasure, we will say this… if you truly wish to align with the higher spiritual plan, we can and will re-arrange circumstances in your life so that you can attain more freedom and clarity as quickly as possible. Although a few may think of this option as limiting or impossible, it is in actuality one of the best ways to fast-track one's growth and succeed in one's ascension. Furthermore, those who have not yet learned to implement the basic daily spiritual disciplines will have resistance to both this recommendation and the new instructions coming from their ‘Solar Christ’ self. Regarding the Early Wakeup Call option, we will once again begin by saying that this offering, in conjunction with the 3-Day Rule, will create the quantum leap you have always desired. Quite simply, this new daily wakeup schedule allows you to receive your mission specifics/details from both your spiritual blueprint and higher dimensional spirit guides and angels verbatim, without any signal chaos or fragmentation. Those who choose to implement this new schedule into their daily life will enter the ‘fast-track’, so to speak, and be able to live beyond the restricted linear time field and create, write and think much faster than ever before. The purpose is to be awake and receptive when the energy is clearest in your particular area of the world….and that is always in the early morning hours, wherever you are. Some night owls may disagree, but in truth the area of time between 7:00 AM. and 12:00 midnight is filled with a multitude of chaotic and jamming frequencies, being emitted from both on and off-planet communication technologies and ‘stressed’ human energy fields. Subsequently, the best hours for sleep are between 6 p.m. and 3 a.m. The recommended Early Wakeup/downloading schedule is simply this: Awaken by 4 a.m. three days a week, awaken by 6 a.m. two days a week and the remaining two days you may sleep in as long as you want. You choose the days and make your schedule according to this plan! To continue, implementing the Frequency Focus program is a highly beneficial option for all individuals who are interested in focusing their energy and clearing their channels. Be aware, that as your world enters more into the photon light each day, all negativity and limitation within the body will be triggered and attempt release in some form. Additionally, there will be strong coping mechanisms, preferencing systems and internal programming which will attempt to fight back as truth and light are restored to the body system and consciousness. Any individual who is experiencing physical, mental and or emotional discomfort should institute this option from time to time. Basically, the Frequency Focus program works by limiting the variety of foods consumed in the course of a two or three-week period. Initially, you want to choose 20 to 30 individual items (which should include fruits and vegetables, some carbohydrates and protein), which you will eat various combinations during the following two or three weeks. After that is completed, you can then go back to a more varied diet if you wish, and then a few weeks later institute the program a second time with a new set of items. This option has been highly successful on many dense physical worlds such as yours which have ascended into a higher frequency. Once again, a few individuals will be resistant to these Early Wakeup or Frequency Focus options and may have many excuses why they cannot be implemented, but we will simply issue the following facts. All humans on your world are moving into a whole new reality of consciousness, which is unlike anything you have ever dreamed of or experienced before. This new interplanetary reality has a brand new set of guidelines and laws, which unlike your planet, are based on freedom, sovereignty and collective peace.
