would like to welcome you once again to the incredible frequency
of ‘Ascension Astrology’. The overwhelming
response to my previous astrological recommendations has prompted me
to do it for all of you once again. Therefore, the new information
is listed below and should be followed during the calendar period June
8 through July 21. The information will maximize your ability to receive
intuitive information and energetic Ascension upgrades easily and effortlessly.
For those of you who are new to Ascension Astrology, I have listed
below the previous description of what it is and how I receive it.

Since my awakening, I have often been steered away from many facets of modern-day astrology and a multitude of New Age predictions, both personal and collective. The fact is that many of our lives are no longer governed by astrological dates and the shifting of the planets, but by the assimilation of parallel aspects of Self and our own shifts in consciousness. This means that many of us are now directing our own paths and are leaving the lower physical sphere of influence. Our day-to-day lives are determined not so much by the shifting of the planets, sun, moon and stars, but by our own thoughts, words and actions. For example, ‘Mercury Retrograde’ has no affect whatsoever on anyone who is embodying the 4th and 5th dimensional consciousness, unless they strongly believe that it will. As the Ascension continues more and more individuals will be released from the ties that bind them and arise as the true unlimited masters of the new millennium. Each and every day I receive many levels of information, which assist me and others in moving more fully into the new 5th dimensional ‘Golden Age’ consciousness. Portions of this information are often abstract, very much like the readings and medical formulations of Edgar Cayce. These formulations often consist of physical tasks, every day household items and visualization focuses that will give me and others the ability to make the necessary quantum leaps in consciousness in a very short period of time. I have received a list of specific information for each astrological sign, which will enhance all of your spiritual perceptions and work. Each sign’s information contains specific tasks and frequencies that when assimilated, within the specified time period, will dramatically upgrade the consciousness and align one with the current contractual directives and the Higher Self. Accompanying the information for each astrological sign is a list
of beneficial foods and frequencies that need to be assimilated in
order to receive the upgrade. If you have an aversion to the specified
foods you will still have to assimilate the frequency in some way.
You can integrate the items in the ‘beneficial frequencies’ category
through research and/or meditation. But it is important to embody
all of the frequencies, not just selected items. Also, each individual
must do their own research and accomplish the tasks on their own
in order to receive the complete upgrade.
Beneficial Frequencies: Mysterious celestial artifacts, bouncing balls, trampolines, circus acts, western movies, musicals, Japanese gardens and bridges, the phoenix bird, silver galactic fire, large chain link fences, rock collecting, short overnight trips to out-of-the-way locations, beautiful bouquets, whitewater rafting, swing sets, tropical fish, things which were once real…but are now only seen as legend or fantasy. Beneficial Foods: Japanese food, muffin tops, sour cream, any foods
that are 1” or less in length, baby foods, foods that end in the letter
“R”, pickles, anything baked, penne pasta, sushi, delicate fancy desserts,
coconut milk, food with swirled icing like cinnamon buns and cup cakes,
toffee, swiss cheese, almonds, cherries, homemade cookies and baked
treats, seafood dishes like trout almandine.
Beneficial Frequencies: Egyptian high-alchemy ceremonies, the new moon, starlight, comets, astrology charts, the Torah, Starship Athena, the color magenta, various crystal configurations, bi-location, tropical plants and flowers, rainforest animals, walking outside at dawn, the sound of crickets, dragonflies, carved wooden chessboards, tennis, things that jump or hop (like jumping frogs, rabbits, etc.). Beneficial Foods: Hawaiian food, honeydew melon, mashed potatoes and
gravy, tarragon, everything oatmeal, yellow veggies, eggs, kiwis, strawberries,
yogurt desserts, pomegranate juice, spiced apples, anything lemon,

Beneficial Frequencies: Native American arts and crafts, outdoor dining, musical notes and scales, song lyrics for ‘When You Wish Upon a Star’, biophysical time conversion, items with blue gel encased inside, satin, small symphonies, Buddhist spiritual instruments, spontaneous wilderness treks, butterflies, tall thin national monuments, visionary artists whose last names begin with “D”, bonfires on the beach, brightly colored flags blowing in the breeze. Beneficial Foods: Cranberries, pears and apples, macadamia nuts, pumpkin
seeds, cumin, Indian fry bread, lots of olive oil, orange coffee cake,
mango chutney, seafood salad, stuffed bell peppers, canadian bacon,
spinach, frosty fruity drinks, Italian food, antipasto, food that is
long like celery, bananas, cucumbers, pasta, pretzel sticks.
Beneficial Frequencies: Organic gardening, singing or chanting with a group of friends outdoors, pine forests, dry creek beds, beautiful picnics, mystical English legends (Camelot, Robin Hood, fairy legends, etc.), things that are heart-shaped or contain hearts, emerald green, Persian tents, labyrinths, tourmaline, white tigers, grounding stones like hematite, boji stones and apache tears. Beneficial Foods: Bouillabaisse,
petite fried foods (oysters, shrimp, calamari, zucchini, french fries),
all things that are toasted, chocolate
truffles, celery with peanut butter, garlic bread, fresh salads, sushi,
unusual meats (like venison, buffalo or ostrich), ornamental food garnishes
like flower radishes, parsley and carrot curls.
Beneficial Frequencies: Golden rays of brilliant sunshine, train dining, Dead Sea Scrolls, the term “living wisdom”, hawks, small candy stores, cotton plantations, blue crystals, movies about space, going to live performances, the frequency of diamonds, thunder and lightning, Australia, the colors blue and violet, Aladdin’s lamp, turquoise and silver jewelry, harps. Beneficial Foods: Asparagus, ginger tea, roasted chicken, herbed potato
salad, foods starting with the letter ‘L’ like lemon chicken, lichee
nuts, lasagna, seafood gumbo, black pepper, baklava, foods that are
breaded, condiments like mustard, ketchup, malt vinegar, polish sausage,
ice cream bars, foods eaten at outdoor events and picnics (like hot
dogs, chips, pies and beer, etc.).
Beneficial Frequencies: Acturian Angels, black hole technology, natural mineral springs and geysers, children’s films, the colors gold and aquamarine, the Fountain of Youth, black diamonds, fields of brilliant flowers, sailboats, whale watching, woodcarving, animal totems, ancient Roman temples, folk dancing, folk art, Celtic crosses, string instruments like the cello, mandolin, violin, hammer dulcimer, etc. Beneficial Foods: Pesto
pasta, all desserts with cream filling like éclairs,
french toast with fresh fruit topping, cinnamon, peaches, chai tea,
almonds, portobello mushrooms, lamb chops, fresh herbs (like dill,
rosemary, cilantro), root vegetables (like carrots, rutabagas and turnips,
etc.), pumpernickel bread, foods that are shredded (like coleslaw,
coconut etc), cherries jubilee and baked alaska, chicken fajitas.
Beneficial Frequencies: The Tree of Life, mystical symbols and signs, crop circles, Nostradamus, Japanimation, stories of real-life treasure hunts, mystery films, magical children’s books and movies like ‘The Wizard of Oz’, soft organ music, nature sounds, multi-colored gemstones, extra prayer time, pink elephants, solitary driving, whimsical windup or mechanical toys. Beneficial Foods: Swiss steak, milk chocolate, lamb chops, peanut
butter, Mediterranean dishes, olives, spinach, quiche, fruit smoothies,
cherries, foods from the grill (like fish, hamburgers, shish kebob),

Beneficial Frequencies: Things that twirl or spin like pinwheels and windmills, large amusement parks, twins, architectural drawings, things that twinkle, UFO orbs, double ferris wheels, double rainbows, anything that sparkles or glitters, collecting seashells, study of the Archangels, old nautical charts and maps, Atlantis. Beneficial Foods: Fire roasted corn and peppers, Chinese food, all
foods that are rolled, tortillas, tomato soup, beets, anything that
is crunchy (like celery, carrots, breadsticks, etc.), Italian meat
and vegetable dishes, strawberry ice cream, foods which are long and
flat and curled on the ends, green beans, chicken cacciatore, white

Beneficial Frequencies: Hyper-dimensional science, statues of Greek gods, Aboriginal shamanism, metal magic, small white dogs. gold watches, bells, relay races, the story of the American flag, golden eagles, movies about sports heroes and competitions, carnelian, scent of fresh roses, outdoor concerts, lagoons, interconnected non-physical realities. Beneficial Foods: Tangy foods (like sweet and sour chicken), broccoli
with cheddar cheese, large cinnamon buns, roast pork with rosemary,
tandori chicken, yellow veggies, raspberry jam, French cuisine, icy
blended drinks (like milkshakes, smoothies, margaritas, etc.) citrus
fruit candy, any things eaten on a stick (like corn dogs, frozen chocolate
dipped bananas, lollipops, etc.), orange sherbet.
Beneficial Frequencies: Butterflies, ornate garden gates, sculptures which are suspended in mid-air, ariel shows, sky writing, blue roses, large outdoor umbrellas and patio dining, popsicles, sidewalk cafes, tall thin fountains, the Keys of Enoch book, lucky pennies, gemstone thrones, knights on white horses, royal processions and weddings. rice dishes, twisted rolls and baked goods, barbeque sauce, any food
that enhances memory, pretzels, belgian waffles
with fruit topping, sweet potato pie, corn fritters, international
dishes with green leafy vegetables, leeks, rye bread, hollow foods,
chocolate mint parfaits, German specialties.
Beneficial Frequencies: Blue dolphins, Sumerian goddesses, small turtles, the Violet Flame, magic mirrors, Hawaiian dancing, volcanoes, mystical swords, fairy tales, ladybugs, old southern mansions and plantations, the Olympic games, historic freedom riders, mountain lodges.
